Meet Your Coach

My journey into fitness and coaching began long before I officially entered the field. I played Division II football for three semesters before resigning and transferring to Ohio State after suffering a lower back injury (L4/L5 disc issues). While my time as a collegiate athlete was cut short, it gave me a strong appreciation for training and the importance of staying healthy.

 

After graduating from Ohio State in 2021, I started a career in finance in Chicago. Working alongside talented professionals, I gained valuable business skills and built lasting memories. However, by the fall of 2023, I realized the nature of the work was taking a toll on my mental health. In early 2024, I decided to step away from finance to explore what truly made me happy.

 

Throughout 2024, I learned that I valued training others, while working with friends and family for free, as much as I enjoy training myself. This realization led me to pursue fitness as a career, with the hope of guiding others to reshape their lives through fitness, just as it reshaped mine.
